We have exciting opportunities for:
Registered Nurse (RN)
What you’ll do:
- Lead and deliver high-quality nursing care.
- Manage care plans, medications, and health assessments.
- Provide clinical guidance to Enrolled Nurses and PCAs.
- Work closely with doctors, families, and allied health teams.
- Among other roles as detailed in the Position Descriptions
What you need:
- Bachelor of Nursing (Division 1) & current AHPRA Registration.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations.
- Aged care experience (preferred).
Enrolled Nurse (EN)
What you’ll do:
- Provide safe, person-centred nursing care under RN supervision.
- Administer medications (within scope) and monitor health outcomes.
- Assist with wound care, vital signs, and chronic condition support.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Among other roles as detailed in the Position Descriptions
What you need:
- Diploma of Nursing (Division 2) & current AHPRA Registration.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations.
- Aged care experience (advantageous).
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
What you’ll do:
- Support residents with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Report changes in health or behaviour to the nursing team aligned with documentation
What you need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations.
