What is the Role of Disability Support Workers?
Partnering with NDIS support providers, you are not only supporting participants with their daily chores, but you are also crucial in supporting them achieve their aspirations. What We’re Looking For
We are looking after people who are not only qualified but also people with a caring heart. An effective Disability Support Worker is compassionate, reliable, and highly respectful of dignity. Ideally, you are expected to have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and up-to-date NDIS Worker Screening and Police checks. First Aid and CPR certification is also required.
